Maximize Product Success through Effective Delivery and Management

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner/Delivery Manager to join our team and lead product delivery, drive business outcomes, and contribute to product definition and lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing roadmaps, backlogs, and portfolios across various initiatives.

  • Your work will directly impact product success, execution clarity, and organizational alignment by managing delivery across key projects while owning a subset of established products end-to-end.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership & Delivery Execution (70%) – Portfolio-Wide Impact
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog for development teams.
  • Define and break down product Epics into User Stories, including acceptance criteria and additional requirements.
  • Create and elaborate user stories for the development team.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and quarterly roadmap alignment using Jira.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enforce process discipline across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Operations to drive delivery of roadmap initiatives.
  • Support project resourcing and tradeoff decisions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple workstreams.
  • Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders on delivery status and risks.
  • Track and report progress toward quarterly planning commitments.
  • Product Management (30%) – Strategic Ownership for Established Products
  • Own the roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle of assigned products.
  • Translate customer, business, and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and product strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on complex initiatives and assist with tasks such as data analysis, market research, or customer insights to support decision-making.
  • Incorporate customer feedback, usage data, and market trends into product enhancements.
  • Harness data to drive smart decisions using insights from Power BI, Excel, and internal analytics tools to inform prioritization, quantify trade-offs, and align decisions with business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Continuously monitor product performance to drive iterative improvements and lead end-of-life planning for legacy features as needed.
  • Engage directly with Engineering, Support, Operations, and external vendors to identify and resolve product issues.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a Product Owner, Delivery Manager, Product Manager, or hybrid Product/Project role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product delivery while contributing to product definition and lifecycle.
  • Strong foundation in Agile frameworks and Jira-based backlog management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in SaaS or IT services.
  • Clear and concise communicator, able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with: Jira, Power BI, Excel, Figma, and Miro.
  • Familiarity with email infrastructure, Microsoft 365, or hosted service products is a plus.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certifications in Project Management and/or Agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus, but not required.
