Scrum Master Opportunity

• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• At least 8 years of experience leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies;
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables;
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner;
• Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics;
• Product analyst experience and AI knowledge is a plus;
• English fluency is mandatory;
• Availability for full-remote work based in Portugal.
