About the Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to join our team, responsible for guiding software development teams towards efficient and effective delivery of high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Main Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes for multiple software development teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and address impediments or conflicts hindering team progress, working closely with stakeholders to find solutions
• Monitor and track project progress using agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Promote transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments
• Continuously improve Agile processes by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned

• Necessary Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, and their practical application in software development projects
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) training and experience is advantageous
