About the Role

• This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Lisbon (Hybrid) and contribute to our mission of delivering value through knowledge and talent. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding our teams in adopting Agile methodologies, facilitating workshops, and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Key Responsibilities
• Coach and guide teams in adopting Agile values and methodologies
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote Agile adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Moderate and facilitate discussions to ensure effective communication

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master who can drive change and support our teams in achieving their goals.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Solid experience as a Scrum Master in an international context
• Strong people skills and excellent communication skills
• Experience in teaching Agile values and methodologies, coaching teams, and team building
• Ability to drive change and support the team during the process
