Apside Portugal, a subsidiary of Apside Groupe, one of the biggest independent IT/Digital Service companies in Europe, is seeking a highly skilled Professional Agile Coach to join its team.

As an Experienced Scrum Master Lead, you will be responsible for organizing agile rituals, coordinating team work, monitoring indicators and producing reports. Your task will also involve ensuring the skill level of the team to be assigned to tasks, as well as working with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have significant professional experience of 5+ years in the field of agility and development, knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, and experience in SAFe methodology and on projects in Scrum mode. Additionally, you should be able to motivate and coach your team on best practices to apply Agile methodology, possess strong organizational, prioritization, analytical skills, good influencing and communication skills, and the ability to 'make things happen' and challenge and overcome resistance.

You should also be fluent in written and spoken French and English, with written and spoken Portuguese being a plus. A degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience is required, as well as prior experience as a Scrum Master.
