Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate Agile processes for multiple development teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.">
• Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.">
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and other departments.">
• Identify and address impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.">
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.">

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.">
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.">
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.">
