Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Organizer to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving project success by promoting collaboration, transparency, and efficiency.

• The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban. Experience with Agile estimating and planning, as well as proficiency in tools like Jira/Confluence, is highly valued.
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Agile processes and tools
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Identify and address process improvements opportunities
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks
• Experience with Agile estimating and planning
• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence and other Agile tools
