About This Job:

We are searching for a highly skilled Scrum Master with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum methodology knowledge and be able to work independently.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Plan releases using Atlassian suite tools
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Travel for workshops
• Work independently

• Requirements:
• At least 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong Scrum methodology knowledge
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical knowledge
• Atlassian Jira and Confluence Scrum Master experience
• Technical project manager background
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity, and communication skills towards both team and client
• Experience supporting complex technical projects and multinational teams
• Good at leading large teams
• Analytical and responsible
• Experienced in Agile and Scrum ways of working
• Able to work independently
• Scrum master certification is a plus
• Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation (MCP) and Data Cloud
