About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to enable the effective functioning of our software development teams using Agile methodologies.
- Responsibilities:
- Enable the smooth operation of our software development teams using Agile methodologies.
- Counsel and mentor Scrum Teams to ensure they are working efficiently.
- Remove obstacles to successful implementation by identifying and addressing issues proactively.
- Facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among team members.
- Monitor progress and report via relevant metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with multiple teams to achieve their goals.
- Take responsibility for team decisions, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions and providing solutions to problems affecting their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the team in implementing Agile methodologies effectively, driving continuous enhancement and improvement.
- Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Offer guidance and support to team members in Agile practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Analyze and improve Agile processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing changes to drive better outcomes.
