• Job Description
• This is a remote position;
• Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity;
• Prepare and facilitate the agile ceremonies of the team;
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;
• Training the team in an agile way of working;
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Requirements
• Degree in Information Technologies (or relevant area);
• At least 4 years’ experience working as a project manager;
• PMP, Scrum or other certification is considered a plus;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Worked in agile projects;
• Good spoken and written English communication skills;
• Currently living in Portugal.
