We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science, excellent people skills, and experience in coaching teams and facilitating workshops.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, empowerment, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in an international context.
- Excellent people skills, ability to teach agile values and methodologies, and coach teams.
- Experience in teaching and facilitating workshops, online collaboration tools, and driving change.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
