Skills:
- Strong understanding of risk management techniques to mitigate project delays or issues
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to manage IT service delivery projects
- Ability to collaborate with senior management to align project objectives with business goals
- Ability to monitor and adjust project progress to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams using Agile project management principles for successful project completion
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with business objectives and expectations
- Evaluate team performance and implement improvements based on feedback from retrospectives and reviews
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to ensure project success
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize and define project deliverables for the development team
