Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, software development methodologies, and defect tracking tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and suggest improvements for agile methodologies and procedures;
  • Perform test planning, identifying possible test scenarios to be performed in the testing phase;
  • Run tests through described scenarios, either manually or automated;
  • Identify defects during testing and follow up on their resolution;
  • Evaluate risks and impacts in tests, validate necessary configurations, and confirm functionality aligns with defined requirements;
  • Elaborate reports and indicators after completing tests;
  • Suggest improvements to the development team to ensure the system meets user needs effectively.
  • Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or an IT-related discipline;
  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test;
  • * Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
  • Good understanding of all levels of the testing pyramid;
  • Experience in defect tracking and test management tools;
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
