Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Analyst for a project in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business requirements analysis, participating in Agile practice sessions using SCRUM methodology, and collaborating with the business to refine requirements and identify improvement points in solutions.
• Key Responsibilities
• Business Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to ensure that solutions meet customer needs.
• Agile Practice Sessions: Participate in Agile practice sessions using SCRUM methodology to drive project success.
• Requirement Refining: Collaborate with the business to refine requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Backlog Building: Support backlog building and create User Stories with detailed work descriptions.
• Algorithm Development: Develop algorithms in existing technologies and implement new dashboards.
• Documentation: Update product documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Requirements and Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills, as well as experience in IS analysis and acceptance criteria elaboration. Familiarity with Software Architecture is desired, and knowledge of Agile and Scrum Mindset principles is essential. Effective process communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
• Excellent Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in IS Analysis: Have experience in IS analysis and acceptance criteria elaboration.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum: Possess knowledge of Agile and Scrum Mindset principles.
• Effective Communication: Exhibit effective process communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese language is required.
