Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects in line with commitments made to our sponsors.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a project manager and agile methodologies, with a strong background in ETL knowledge and database management. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure that all objectives are met within agreed timelines.

• Responsibilities:
• Animate daily meetings and report on progress, blocking points, and delays in planning.
• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project's objectives in line with the commitments made to the Sponsors.
• Help the team work autonomously while improving and participate in resolving issues and getting around organization and process obstacles.
• Organize and facilitate project events and processes such as PI planning on a quarterly basis.

• Requirements:
• Experience as a project manager and agile methodologies.
• Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira.
• IT profile background: ETL knowledge, database knowledge.
• Autonomous, organized, and delivery-focused with attention to detail.
• Dynamic and proactive, taking own initiative to mitigate risk, and prevent issues arising.
• Great communication skills while being capable of negotiating with sponsors and reaching an agreement.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes.
• Good work ethic and high levels of motivation.
• Good level English (read, spoken, written - C2 level minimum).
