Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager and Agile Coach to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge software development projects in the renewable energy sector.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable technology solutions while driving agile practices and project delivery excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality software solution delivery
- Coach and mentor software delivery teams across multiple modules in Agile practices to improve delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Project Managers and Technical Leads to integrate software solutions effectively into projects
- Identify and resolve impediments blocking team progress, liaising with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs
- Implement and optimize Agile methodologies and Lean principles to enhance team and organizational performance
- Drive the adoption of best practices in Agile project management and software development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience with Agile project management tools and techniques
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies
- Desired Experience Level and Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with a track record of successful implementation in software development environments
- Experience applying Lean principles, such as Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement
- Background in renewable energy or related technical industries is a plus
