About the Role:

We are seeking a professional with expertise in Scrum methodologies to join our team. As an Agile Project Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating teams in adopting Agile practices, transitioning from traditional methodologies, and evangelizing the benefits of Agile.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitating Scrum teams to adopt Agile practices
• Transitioning teams from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum
• Educating teams on the benefits and value of Agile
• Coordinating hybrid team workflows

• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent
• Experience working in international contexts
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
