About the Job

• We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our Scrum teams. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Agile projects.
• Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute Agile projects
• Lead Scrum teams in adopting Agile/Scrum practices
• Evaluate and improve Agile processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Monitor progress and provide feedback
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience in transitioning teams from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving abilities and effective decision-making skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
