Job Summary:
An experienced Agile Project Manager is sought after to lead a global agile team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop metrics and estimates, evaluating processes to improve predictions and reduce risks
- Participate in Communities of Practices for Scrum Masters to share experiences and best practices
- Help the team develop and implement effective Agile methodologies
- Requirements:
- Has 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or relevant role
- Possesses strong organizational capabilities and experience working with virtual, globally distributed teams
