Project Coordinator Role
- The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting project execution in a SaaS environment, ensuring efficient software development workflows. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Project Managers to organize, track, and execute projects efficiently.
- Evaluating and implementing effective software development workflows.
- Monitoring project timelines, scope, budget, and risks, ensuring alignment with stakeholders' expectations.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Tech Leads to manage backlogs and roadmaps.
- Implementing agile methodologies and participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Preparing reports and dashboards to track project performance and KPIs.
- Ensuring smooth communication between technical teams and business units.
- Assisting in adopting and optimizing project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
- Software/technology project management experience (internship or junior position).
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
- Database management system proficiency.
- Affinity with code (JAVA).
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
