We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic hardware development team.

• You will work closely with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth execution of Scrum processes.
• Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
• Promote the Scrum Framework by advocating for and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.
• Remove impediments hindering team productivity.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.
• Maintain project visibility through tools like sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and other Scrum artifacts.
