Key Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Leverage agile principles to drive team performance and deliver value to customers/stakeholders.
• Ensure understanding and application of Scrum and other relevant methods among team members.
• Foster transparency by identifying and addressing project/team risks.
• Develop metrics and estimates, and evaluate processes to improve predictions and reduce risks.
• Requirements and Personal Qualities

• The ideal candidate will have:
• 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in the information technology sector.
• Expertise in hybrid environments and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills, along with advanced problem-solving skills.
• SAFe knowledge is a plus, and fluency in English is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong team spirit.
• Proactive and able to manage time effectively.
