About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Lead to join our team. As an Agile Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading Scrum teams, evaluating and improving Agile processes, and collaborating with team members.
• Main Responsibilities
• Lead Scrum teams in adopting Agile/Scrum practices
• Evaluate and improve Agile processes
• Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize tasks
• Monitor progress and provide feedback
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience in transitioning teams from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving abilities and effective decision-making skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
