Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Global Agile Lead to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching agile teams in adopting and implementing agile principles and practices.

• About the Position
• Lead agile teams in adopting and implementing agile principles and practices
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize team goals and objectives
• Develop and implement processes to measure and improve team performance

• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or other relevant role
• Profound knowledge of agile principles and methods
• Strong collaboration and team development skills
• Experience working with virtual, globally distributed teams
