We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and Kanban. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects while effectively managing teams, stakeholders, and resources. You will lead- functional teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development processes. ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily- ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviewsManage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources while maintaining quality standardsRemove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth team operationTrack and report on project metrics, KPIs, and team velocityCollaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage expectationsCreate and maintain project documentation including roadmaps, release plans, and sprint backlogsCoach team members on agile principles and best practicesIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactivelyFoster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowermentCoordinate with other departments and ensure alignment with business objectives. Requirements3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software developmentProven expertise in SCRUM, Kanban, or other agile methodologiesStrong understanding of software development lifecycleExperience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Teamwork, etc.)Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirementsStrong- solving and- making capabilitiesBasic technical knowledge to effectively communicate with development teamsExperience facilitating discussions and resolving conflictsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Nice to HaveProfessional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similarExperience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)Background in software development or technical roleExperience with remote or distributed teamsKnowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience in the same industry as our clients.
