Agile Practice Manager

• We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead the adoption of Agile practices within our organization.
• This involves transitioning teams from traditional project management methodologies to Agile/Scrum, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful implementation of Agile principles and practices.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage Agile frameworks and processes.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Remove obstacles that hinder team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Align team efforts with project objectives and organizational goals.
