Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects within tight deadlines.
Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows agile principles.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively address them to minimize impact on project delivery.
Maintain a deep understanding of agile methodologies and ensure their effective implementation.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.
Mentor and coach team members on agile principles and best practices.
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to align project goals and priorities.
Monitor and track project progress and provide timely updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.
Continuously analyze and improve project processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
