Agile Coach Role
As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams towards self-organization and productivity. This position requires experience as a Scrum Master in international contexts, with the ability to drive change and support teams during the process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a mirror to the team, coaching them on lean and modern agile mindset
- Ensure a transparent work model for the team
- Promote a safe environment that facilitates learning from mistakes
- Enable the team to reach self-organization and work productively

About the Team:
This team operates in an agile environment and has excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and the Safe framework. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to this context and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable job expertise
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience teaching agile values and methodologies, coaching teams, and team building
- Experience moderating and facilitating workshops
- Excellent knowledge of online collaboration tools (preferably Mural)
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
