Agile Project Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Management Lead to join our team and contribute to the success of our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and Kanban, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to coach team members on Agile principles and best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

We are looking for an individual with 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development, and strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering software projects
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth team operation
• Track and report on project metrics, KPIs, and team velocity

• Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and Kanban
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
