Job Title: Agile Project Manager
Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic hardware development team. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum practices and ensuring the smooth execution of Scrum processes.
• Your Key Responsibilities:
• Scrum Event Facilitation: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Product Owner Support: Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
• Scrum Framework Promotion: Advocate for and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and address obstacles hindering team productivity.
• Team Collaboration Fostering: Encourage effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.
• Transparency Maintenance: Ensure project visibility through tools like sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and other Scrum artifacts.
• Continuous Improvement Drive: Help the team identify areas for enhancement during retrospectives and implement actionable solutions.
• Requirements and Qualifications:
• A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Experience working in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
