Agile Project Manager - Hardware Development Team
About the Job:

• We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our hardware development team. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading Scrum events and ensuring the smooth execution of Scrum processes.
• Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Sales Portfolio Management: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and manage sales portfolios.
• Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality services to customers by identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Tech Insights: Develop technical insights to inform business decisions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues to help improve team performance.
• Requirements and Qualifications:
• A background in engineering or computer science.
• Experience working in a hardware development team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
