• We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support the Product Owner in effective product backlog management
• Identify and proactively remove impediments
• Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile and self-organized

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban. Experience with Agile Estimating & Planning, Scrum ceremonies and artifacts, and Agile Practices related to Software Engineering is also essential.

We are looking for a team player with great communication, analysis, and listening skills. English proficiency should be at least C1 level. Ideally, you'll also have great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn.
