About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to oversee the development of our software projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, team leadership, and product support.

• Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and control software development projects.
• Manage project teams, including holding them accountable for their responsibilities and deliverables.
• Ensure teams are 'in sync' in terms of communication, schedules, and issues.
• Develop project teams by promoting empowerment, engagement, and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder, partner, and vendor relationships.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and champion best practices in project management and agile software development.

• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies and Agile software development.
• Experience managing agile projects and moving teams to agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Desirable Skills
• Cloud technologies.
• SQL, no-SQL, and in-memory databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Memcached).
• Python and Django.
• Clean and maintainable code-based industry standards.
