Agile Team Facilitation

Our ideal candidate has experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development teams and a proven track record of managing IT projects. They possess knowledge of scrum ceremonies and are adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.

We're looking for someone who can facilitate daily standups, participate in Spring interaction/planning meetings, and meet individually with team members and stakeholders to discuss progress and challenges. Analytical skills are essential to analyze data and report on key findings to inform decision-making.

• The successful candidate will help the team apply agile methodologies to deliver results and guide the team to self-organize and work collaboratively. Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
