Agile Team Facilitator

As an Agile team facilitator, you will play a key role in enabling high-performing teams to deliver strategic insights and operational efficiency through robust data platforms and analytics capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple Scrum teams, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

You will also coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to foster continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Additionally, you will support delivery planning and tracking of value streams, particularly within data engineering and analytics initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments and strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban. You should also have a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor Agile teams and stakeholders at various maturity levels.
