Scrum Process Facilitator
In this role, you will help amazing engineering teams deliver groundbreaking hardware products involving electronics, 3D structures, and software. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum Events: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.

You will support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment. Promote the Scrum Framework by advocating for and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values. Remove impediments that hinder team productivity, foster team collaboration, ensure transparency, and drive continuous improvement.
