• Agile Product Manager
• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Agile Product Manager to lead the development of our Parcels & Xpress Platform. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in SAFe and/or SCRUM methodologies, capable of leading ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

• The ideal candidate will be experienced in backlog management, user story refinement, and creating epics that align with business needs and technical feasibility. They will also be skilled in managing conflicting priorities, navigating stakeholder expectations, and maintaining composure during high-pressure situations.
• *Responsibilities:**

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap
- Lead backlog prioritization, refining user stories and epics to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Facilitate agile ceremonies to foster collaboration, team alignment, and continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary link between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding
- Drive measurable business outcomes by delivering impactful, scalable solutions that maximize value
- Analyze data, feedback, and market trends to make informed, insight-driven decisions
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt strategies to ensure successful product delivery
