Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Agile Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in implementing Agile methodologies.

• Responsibilities:
• Transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum
• Evangelizing teams to adopt Agile/Scrum practices
• Working in international contexts
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Solving problems and making effective decisions
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
