Scrum Master

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic hardware development team.

• The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth execution of Scrum processes, working closely with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches.
• About the Role
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support the Product Owner: Assist in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
• Promote the Scrum Framework: Advocate for and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.

• Youll help amazing engineering teams deliver groundbreaking hardware products involving electronics, 3D structures, and software.
• Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role (preferred but not required).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
