• Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain Jira workflows, dashboards, permissions, and projects.
• Provide Jira support and training to teams.
• Troubleshoot Jira issues and optimize system usage.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Remove impediments to help teams deliver efficiently.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Track and report Agile metrics and sprint progress.

• Requirements:
• Experience as a Jira Administrator with strong knowledge of Jira Cloud or Server.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage Jira configurations and troubleshoot effectively.
• Experience with Agile tools and processes in software teams
