Software Development Lead

We are looking for a Software Development Lead to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of technical challenges, from back-end and front-end development to DevOps. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of agile project management principles and experience working with multiple stakeholders to solve complex problems.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing new features, improving the team's ways of working, and building relationships with clients. You will also need to assist the team in adopting and following agile practices.

• To succeed in this position, you will need:
• Experience on a broad spectrum (Back End, Front End, and DevOps)
• Solid understanding and experience of agile project management principles
• Previous team-lead and consulting experience
• Experience working with several client stakeholders to solve complex problems
