Agile Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Agile Project Manager to join our hardware development team.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and ensuring smooth execution of Scrum processes.
• About the Job
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support the Product Owner: Maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
• Promote the Scrum Framework: Advocate for and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow in Agile project management.

• You will work closely with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to deliver groundbreaking hardware products involving electronics, 3D structures, and software.
• Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role (desired).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is beneficial.
