• Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support the Product Owner: Assist in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
• Promote the Scrum Framework: Advocate for and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles hindering team productivity.

Foster Team Collaboration: Encourage effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.
