Project Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies, specifically SCRUM and Kanban.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure project requirements are met.

• You will also be responsible for:
• Leading and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources while maintaining quality standards
• Removing impediments and resolving conflicts to ensure smooth team operation
• Tracking and reporting on project metrics, KPIs, and team velocity
• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage expectations

• To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development
• Proven expertise in SCRUM, Kanban, or other agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Teamwork, etc.)
