Agile Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team in delivering high-quality outcomes through facilitation, guidance, and continuous improvement.
About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Scrum Master to support Agile teams in a scaled environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, identifying and removing impediments, and promoting Agile principles and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Identifying and removing impediments to team progress.
  • SUPPORTING Product Owners/Project Managers in maintaining a well-refined and prioritized backlog.
  • Promoting Agile principles and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Enhancing transparency through metrics such as velocity, lead time, burndown and others.
  • Ensuring team alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • SUPPORTING teams in the preparation and readiness for PI Planning, including dependency identification and capacity planning.
  • Requirements
  • To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Certified in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master).
  • Skilled in facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, EazyBI, Script Runner and Agile metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting teams in Scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe) environments.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a strong plus.
