Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master professional to lead our technology projects and drive teams towards excellence.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing changes from request submission to completion. Your expertise in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban will ensure seamless execution of tasks and high-quality project outcomes.

This role involves facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. You will also manage engineering development projects, facilitate sprint releases, and drive collaboration among globally dispersed teams. Additionally, you will guide teams in time estimation practices, protect them from uncontrolled work changes, and resolve project conflicts and challenges.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices. Experience coaching on agile Scrum practices is a plus. Your understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures, as well as your ability to bridge business and technology understanding, will be valuable assets. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are also essential in this role.

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in Information Technology, with 2-4 years of experience in technology projects (Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, Transportation). They should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be committed to timely product delivery.
