We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager (Delivery Manager) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in programming and software engineering (preferably in Java), and excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires a proactive individual with the ability to review architecture, contribute to solution design, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level) are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, clearly communicating project status, risks, and challenges
  • Review and analyze system architecture to confirm alignment with business objectives and technical standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to design scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members when challenges arise
  • Manage risks and roadblocks proactively, planning and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Support teams in resolving technical challenges encountered during project execution
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon standards
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align expectations
  • Drive the adoption and adherence to Agile or Scrum project management methodologies
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or related role in software development
  • Background in software engineering and programming, ideally with hands-on experience in Java
  • Expertise in reviewing architectures and contributing to the design of technical solutions
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile or Scrum methodologies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in dynamic environments
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to challenges
  • Ability to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and clients
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese at a B2+ level or higher (both verbal and written)
  • Nice to have
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks beyond Java
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, tools, or cloud-based architectures
  • Background in leading projects for domain-specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, telecommunications)
  • Capability to work with distributed teams across multiple geographies
  • Understanding of advanced project management tools for reporting and analytics
