Job Title: Scrum Master
About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Agile/Scrum teams and facilitate their transition from traditional methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum practices and excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams and facilitate their transition from traditional methodologies.
• Educate teams on adopting Agile/Scrum practices and promote its adoption.
• Utilize experience working in international contexts to drive successful project outcomes.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Requirements:Hard Skills:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Soft Skills:
• Effective time management.

• Good communication skills.
