Hardware Development Team Lead
- We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic hardware development team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in Agile project management.
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement meetings, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Support the Product Owner: Assist in maintaining a clear and prioritized product backlog, ensuring team alignment.
- Promote the Scrum Framework: Advocate for and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles hindering team productivity.
- Foster Team Collaboration: Encourage effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, aligning individual and team needs.
- Ensure Transparency: Maintain project visibility through tools like sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and other Scrum artifacts.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Help the team identify areas for enhancement during retrospectives and implement actionable solutions.
You'll work closely with Senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to facilitate Agile practices and ensure smooth execution of Scrum processes.

- Profile: Proactive, practical, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
- A true Agile mindset: Basic knowledge of product development.
- Communication skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Conflict management experience: A plus.
- Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Project management tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
This role is suitable for someone who has 1-2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role (preferred but not required). Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
