- We are currently recruiting an Agile Project Management Specialist to join our team.
- This role requires a proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- A background in transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum is also essential.
- The ideal candidate should be able to evangelize teams to work in Agile/Scrum and have experience working in international contexts.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
- Able to solve problems and make effective decisions.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hard Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience in transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in evangelizing teams to work in Agile/Scrum.
- Experience working in international contexts.
